Xiaguzi Fishing Port

Located in the Xiaguzi Neighborhood of Bali District in New Taipei City, Xiaguzi Fishing Port is on the southwestern side of Bali Beach, right next to the Formosa Fun Coast.The port has a -2.5m water depth wharf of 230m and a berth of 12,460m2. Vessels of Xiaguzi Fishing Port are mostly engaged in inshore fisheries including drift gillnet, driftnet, long line and pole and lines boots in oceans around Taoyuan and Tamsui.

The vessels usually travel within a day and work 5 nautical miles away from the coast. Their catches are mostly eel larvae, whitebaits, Japanese black porgies and Spanish mackerels.
