Ingredients(4 portions)

3 sectioned squids
3-4 sections of celery
3 cloves of minced garlic
2g of salt
15cc of water

Cooking method

  1. Prepare above ingredients as instructed.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
  3. Stir-fry squids. Add salt and fry together.
  4. Put celery in the pan and fry until good smell comes out. Add water and simmer for a while.
  5. Ready to serve.


A little chili pepper sauce may be used depending on individual preference.
