1 crab (only the body part)
Half bowl of rice wine
10-20 slices of ginger

Cooking method

  1. Put a live crab in the freezer to freeze it (approximately 30 minutes).
  2. Take the crab from the freezer 30 minutes later. Open carapace and brush it with an unused toothbrush.
  3. Brush claws, too.
  4. After opening carapace, take out gills and remove sand.
  5. Scoop crab roe out with a teaspoon carefully.
  6. After being processed, the crab is divided into three parts: body, legs and crab roe.
  7. Steam it with medium fire for 30 minutes. Lemon juice can be used as dip.
  8. Ready to serve.


No dip or complicated cooking method is required. Just wash the crab clean and place it on a steam rack. 30 minutes later, you can enjoy the best quality dish.
