4 jumbo prawnsSuitable amount of bread crumbs
1 egg
Suitable amount of flour
Suitable amount of frying oil
Cooking method
- Remove shrimp intestines and shells and save tails. Cut obliquely on the abdomens of prawns five times until 2/3 deep (don’t cut off!).
- Get egg liquid ready. Rub with flour and egg liquid. Repeat. After rubbing with egg liquid, rub with bread crumbs and press crumbs hard with your hands.
- Fry prawns in a pan. Almost done when tails turn red. Do not make too large fire otherwise bread crumbs will turn black quickly.
