Ingredients (1 portion)

4 jumbo prawns
Suitable amount of bread crumbs
1 egg
Suitable amount of flour
Suitable amount of frying oil

Cooking method

  1. Remove shrimp intestines and shells and save tails. Cut obliquely on the abdomens of prawns five times until 2/3 deep (don’t cut off!).
  2. Get egg liquid ready. Rub with flour and egg liquid. Repeat. After rubbing with egg liquid, rub with bread crumbs and press crumbs hard with your hands.
  3. Fry prawns in a pan. Almost done when tails turn red. Do not make too large fire otherwise bread crumbs will turn black quickly.


  Dip: Dried fish soy sauce
Side dish: Shredded cabbage and dried fish soy sauce
Korean chili radish, cold shredded crab meat with green bean noodles; seaweed sprouts.
