5 shrimps
40g of shredded meat
250g of oil noodles
1/2 scallion
1 mushroom
50g of squid

5 clams
20g of onion
A little salt
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder

Cooking method

  1. Cut onion, squid, mushroom and meat into shreds and cut scallion into sections. Wash shrimps and clams clean and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and scallion in a pan and add squid, shrimps, clams, mushroom and shredded meat. Fry with a bowl of oil noodles.
  3. Season with all seasonings.


  Clams can be put in a fry pan later to make them plumper.
