Ingredients

270g of salmon
2 cups of rice
Suitable amount of basil
3 spoons of corn

Egg liquid
4 eggs
1 spoon of mirin

Seasoning
1 spoon of Wan Ja Shan salad dressing
3 spoons of Wan Ja Shan Vintage less sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper

Cooking method

  1. Take a non-stick pan and fry salmon with small fire until well done.
  2. Remove fish bones and skin from well-cooked salmon and chop it into small chunks. Season it with “Wan Ja Shan Salad Dressing” in the pan and fry it until slightly dry but not burnt.
  3. Get egg liquid ready.
  4. Set salmon in the pan aside. Pour egg liquid and fry well.
  5. Put rice in the pan and cook with small fire. Spread rice in the pan and pour less sodium soy sauce into the pan several times (to color and season it).
  6. Put corn, basil and black pepper into the pan. Taste it. If it is not salty enough, add some salt.
  7. Place fried rice with salmon in a bowl and invert the bowl to place the dish on a plate. It is ready to serve!
 

Tip:

  The natural fat of salmon can be used to fry all ingredients with small fire, and this is a popular dish among families!
