Ingredients (4 portions)
1 yellow croaker4 slices of ginger
1 scallion
A little salt
3/10 cup of soy sauce
1/5 cup of water
1 spoon of sugar
Cooking method
- Slice ginger and cut scallion and basil into sections. Wash fish clean and rub it with salt. Set aside.
- Heat up the pan to fry fish until both sides are slightly burnt. Put ginger slices and scallion sections in the pan.
- Add seasonings and simmer until slightly dry.
