Ingredients (4 portions)

1 yellow croaker
4 slices of ginger
1 scallion
A little salt
3/10 cup of soy sauce
1/5 cup of water
1 spoon of sugar

Cooking method

  1. Slice ginger and cut scallion and basil into sections. Wash fish clean and rub it with salt. Set aside.
  2. Heat up the pan to fry fish until both sides are slightly burnt. Put ginger slices and scallion sections in the pan.
  3. Add seasonings and simmer until slightly dry.


Tip:

  ※The unit “cup” for seasonings refers to “rice measuring cup.”
