Installed with a wharf of 240m and a slipway, the port has a very long history that can be traced back to the period of Taiwan’s restoration. Besides, its berth conditions are stable as it is located in the inner side of a shallow rock beach.
However, it is a must to use the natural water course as the seaward channel. Vessels of Zozi are mainly engaged in inshore fisheries such as driftnet, pole and lines boots and long line in oceans of Sandiao Bay.
The vessels mostly return within a day and their catches include Butterfishes, Bigfin reef squid, small scale black fish, Waigeu drummer, lobster and miscellaneous fishes.
