【New Taipei City】 The “2026 Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf Colorful Midsummer Night” reached its grand finale today (the 30^th ). Themed fireworks show “Harbor Twilight of Summer” was presented alongside the “Northern Coast Fashion Art Season” fashion show, bringing this year’s Colorful Midsummer Night to a dazzling close with a spectacular display of fireworks and fashion. This year’s “Colorful Midsummer Night” event combined a river light show with 12-inch aerial firework shows and low-to-middle-level fireworks, creating a richly layered harbor arts performance through the interplay of music and fireworks. The three fireworks shows totally attracted approximately 220,000 people to Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf. Mayor of New Taipei City, Hou You-yi, also attended the event, joining the crowds in experiencing the Tamsui riverside’s brand-new scenery following the opening of the Tamsui Bridge.
