【New Taipei City News】When Lover’s Bridge at Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf received its routine inspection on the 23^rd, its steel cables were shaky. Therefore, the bridge was immediately closed to the public, and an emergency notice was sent to a professional bridge engineering company for inspection. Fisheries and Fishing Port Affairs Management Office, New Taipei City Government indicated that upon professional inspection, the structures of the bridge have met the safety standards under normal use. Lover’s Bridge reopened to the public on the 27^th, and people can feel secure when crossing it.
