Mermaids showing up in Hemei Fishing Port! Registration for Ecological Restoration Water Experience starts on the June 17th!

【New Taipei City News】Come to the Northeast Coast for a summer family trip! Registration is now open for this year's (2024) "Hemei Sea House" eco-restoration and water experience event at Hemei Fishing Port! This year's event has four sessions, on July 6, 7, 13 and 14, with 40 participants in each session. Not only will you be able to plant coral seedlings by hand and experience marine education, but there will also be underwater interaction with mermaids. The New Taipei City Government's Fisheries and Fishing Port Affairs Management Office invites all citizens to bring their friends and family members to participate in this fun and educational experience to deepen their understanding of the marine coral ecosystem. This year's two-stage registration process begins at 12:00 p.m. on June 17, 2024 for the July 6 and 7 sessions, and for the July 13 and 14 sessions, please stay tuned to the New Taipei City Government's Fisheries and Fishing Port Affairs Management Office for more information on the event.
