The Team from The New Taipei City Government and The National Taiwan Ocean University's “Gongliao Center for Aquatic Organisms and Conservation” Received the "Outstanding Team" Award at the “3rd National Agricultural Science Awards.”

【New Taipei City News】In order to enhance the development of biological resources and fisheries in the city's waters, the New Taipei City Government has cooperated with the National Taiwan Ocean University to promote marine restoration and scientific research on the breeding and releasing of squid (cuttlefish), flower crab (Charybdis feriatus), small abalone, and fish fry. The results of the research have been recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture with the "Outstanding Team" award, which is the highest award in the category of environmental sustainability in the "3rd National Agricultural Science Award", and the project executor, Assistant Professor Hsu De-Hua from the National Taiwan Ocean University has also been selected as the "Potential New Talent (Swift Horse) Award". At the City Council meeting today the 17th, they presented the award and shared the honor. New Taipei City Mayor Hou Youyi acknowledged the team and thanked them for their dedication to the promotion of sustainable oceans in New Taipei City.
