Ingredients(4 portions)
3 sectioned squids3-4 sections of celery
3 cloves of minced garlic
2g of salt
15cc of water
Cooking method
- Prepare above ingredients as instructed.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
- Stir-fry squids. Add salt and fry together.
- Put celery in the pan and fry until good smell comes out. Add water and simmer for a while.
- Ready to serve.
