Ingredients 

1 squid (cut into rings)
150g of shrimps (remove intestines and cut into chunks)
Suitable amount of leek (cut into sections)
Suitable amount of shallot (or scallion) (cut into sections)
Suitable amount of shredded carrot
1 chili pepper and 1 green pepper (remove seeds and cut into bias slices)

Flour paste

2 cups of all purpose flour (rice measuring cup)
4 eggs
1 spoon of corn powder
3/4 cup of water
1 spoon of fermented fish sauce

Dip

A little minced chili pepper and green pepper
1 clove of minced garlic
4 spoons of soy sauce
1 spoon of mirin
A little vinegar, sesame oil and white sesame

Cooking method

  1. Heat up a little oil in an iron pan. Pour flour paste into the pan and shake the pan to turn flour paste into a pancake. Place chili pepper and green pepper slices on the seafood pancake.
  2. Fry the pancake until it turns golden with small fire. Hold a plate above the iron pan and invert the pan to put the pancake on the plate. Slide the other side of the pancake into the pan and fry until well done. Cut into slices and enjoy it with dip.

Tip:

  It is suggested to make dip before making the pancake so that you can enjoy it hot!
